Verdict
Wee Charlie Charlie is head and shoulders above these on official ratings but concerns over his stamina mean that we will take Peak Seasons to come home in front. The selection has certainly proved that he gets this trip and if he can dictate a decent pace then he can stretch Wee Charlie Castle's stamina. With first time blinkers fitted to sharpen him up there is every chance that he will want to tank along and we will side with him. Wee Charlie Castle would have to carry a stone more in a handicap and is certainly not under estimated. Had this been over a mile then he would have been the choice, but although he is by Derby winner Sinndar he hs not given the impression that he really stays beyond a mile and is taken on. Simplified went well over 11f last time and looks booked for another good run, while Cool Isle and Madam Mac make very limited appeal and we take Peak Seasons to score.
