Staff Nurse has been a frustrating animal to follow but is given one last chance against some moderate opposition, the best of which could be Haribini and First Class Lady. Trainer Nigel Tinkler has booked the services of Pat Eddery for this daughter of Night Shift who last tasted success twelve months ago in a similar race at Leicester. She was well beaten in a better race at Ayr last time but is better judged on her third placing behind So Sure at Nottingham ten days ago. Haribini showed her best form for some time when a close up third to Cap Ferrat at Leicester last week. That was a better race than this, and although the winner tends to do just enough, James Toller's filly shouldn't be under estimated. First Class Lady is a consistent performer in this company and showed her well being with a recent fourth at Windsor, another good performance is expected . However with Pat Eddery's assistance, Staff Nurse is fully expected to dish out the medicine to her rivals.
