      Verdict

      More is expected from Kaisan in handicap company on the back of ordinary efforts in all-weather maidens this year but ZAIN ARION (NAP) was well backed here last week when comfortably outpointing a well-fancied Prescott inmate in previous winner, Palisade. That was only the fifth run of the filly's career and she looks, like many a filly before her, to be improving at a rate of knots with sun on her back. Trip and ground remain unchanged from last week and she can defy her 6lb penalty. She should confirm placings with the re-opposing Dakota City but fellow three-year-old Unsuspected Girl could prove a nuisance despite being 1lb out of the handicap as she improved last time and receives plenty of weight from all rivals as she steps up in trip.
