There's little to choose between this field on official ratings but most, if not all, are open to any amount of improvement and the market should help us to solve this puzzle. Coach And Four is an eyecatcher and gets the nod but Adab could bounce back to form and Wise Hawk rates a player. The selection began his racing career in Ireland but made an encouraging reappearance for his new yard at Doncaster in earlier this month when staying on well to finish a never nearer eighth. That run should have brought him on and the fact that Spencer replaces the unheralded Vince Slattery in the saddle suggests that a bolder display may be on the cards. Adab was a costly failure at Pontefract but his subsequent absence suggests that something may have been amiss and it's far too soon to be writing him off whilst the return to racing on a faster surface may well be in his favour. Wise Hawk hasn't been beaten far on any of his three starts and the form looks pretty solid too. Willie Haggas has been enjoying a purple patch and this son of Hawk Wing looks sure to give a good account of himself this afternoon whilst Liam Jones rides plenty of winners for the yard. Marraasi ran well in a hotly contested handicap at Goodwood last time and she rates a mention as does Sakhacity but we'll take Coach And Four to find the necessary improvement to shed his maiden tag.
