Four of the nine runners have distance wins to their name so this should prove to be a competitive affair where BULLET MAN looks like getting the better of Dark Prospect and Eton Fable. The selection has been off the track since December of last year but he was a winner last time out on his first attempt beyond a mile. The colt is clearly open to plenty more improvement after just four starts and he looks as if he can be victorious over this longer trip with little trouble. Dark Prospect is another who has not been seen for almost six months. He was second here at his last attempt though and had not run a bad race all season The going here will suit and he should be there or thereabouts at the post. Eton Fable was the winner of a weak apprentice handicap last time out but things wont fall so kindly for him this time and he may struggle in this marginally better company. Sri Suantan and Rowan Rio have both won over this distance before but both have been inconsistent since those victories so they should be of no concern to our selection, Bullet Man.
