      Verdict

      Elementary showed good progress to finish third at Musselburgh and can figure but STANHOPE is preferred. He was beaten a length at Newmarket last time and the runner-up has since boosted the form by winning. A first foal and 180,000gns purchase, Fareeq is a newcomer to note with the Haggas yard continuing to fire in the winners while an entry in the Gimcrack Stakes suggests Ernststavroblofeld has shown some ability at home.
