It is hard to get away from Moharib in this race, with Ivory Coast, Armaacrossthesea and Senor Eduardo possibly coming out best of the rest. Moharib has outstanding claims if he is anywhere near the best of his form, the one worry being that he has been absent for well over a year. On his last run, he was fifth in the Royal Hunt Cup behind a subsequent Group winner. If the market speaks strongly in his favour then he looks the one to be on. If not then Kingston Town, even though he has shown very little this season, Armsacrossthesea, winner of a similar race at Redcar in May, recent course and distance selling winner, Senor Eduardo, and Ivory Coast, a fair second behind Sunset Mirage at Carlisle in May, look the most likely ones. Were in not for the fact that he was very disappointing over course and distance last time out - when he was well behind Senor Eduardo - then Big Bad Burt could have been added to the list. However, he is not and the list itself is headed by Moharib.
