      Verdict

      Gift Of Silence was only beaten a head over course and distance 11 days ago and will make a bold bid to go one better while Ssafa has to go on the short-list following her latest second at Hamilton. Lady Sylvia was third in an amateurs' race at Goodwood last month but the two that catch the eye are Chittenden and ESTIQAAMA. The former has her first run for Roger Varian having finished fourth twice last year for Godolphin but preference is for the latter, who was backed to beat Secret Gesture at Newbury in October following a second at Salisbury - she is capable of better this year.
