In a very open handicap Reap, Hugs Destiny and Motu are the three we have shortlisted, and we will give our vote to Reap. Jeff Pearce's seven-year-old has been steadily improving throughout the campaign and finished an excellent third behind Nevada Desert at Thirsk. The ground is a slight worry as he appears to prefer a bit of cut, however he is well treated and is our sporting selection. Hugs Destiny has been running better than his form figures suggest and he should be involved in the finish. Meanwhile Motu has ground and trip in his favour today and will be very hard to keep out of the money. Trifti and Halcyon Magic are two others that have shown enough ability to warrant a mention here, but Reap is going the right way and is taken to oblige.
