In depth

Verdict

Johnny Farrelly has scored with his last two runners, one of which was the topweight here, PERFECT TIMING. He's up 7lb for his all-the-way success at Newton Abbot on his chasing debut and it's interesting that the yard has not decided to employ the services of a claimer to offset the penalty for that success. He's clearly in good heart and is taken to follow up. Bally Lagan nearly always runs well but still finds himself winless but things will surely drop his way one day. He remains on a good mark and went well for his conditional pilot last time who takes the ride once again. Harris Garden is a similar type who should take a hand whilst Bold Tara is also worth a look on her chasing debut as she was fairly useful in this sort of grade at her best over timber.
