    Verdict

Forty Five was bumped up the weights after winning at Hereford in June but has acquitted himself well in subsequent starts at Market Rasen and Stratford. It's difficult to find fault with Allerford Jack after two wins between the flags and three under Rules. He's been cleverly placed but the handicapper is now taking notice and he could come unstuck here. We prefer PARK LANE, who proved he stayed this trip at Market Rasen two runs ago and was a deserving winner back at that track last month - there may be more to come. Run Along Boy will be challenging for a place again and looks best of the rest.
