This is a competitive maiden hurdle for the time of the year with Amazing Valour, Kelnik Glory and Montys Island looking the most promising with the last named getting the nod. Montys Island has been in great heart of late and proved that by finishing second at Huntingdon behind Hunting Lodge. That form looks good enough and with the yard in such good form of late he will take all the beating. Amazing Valour is struggling with his form at present but Peter Bowen the trainer seems to be winning with his stable cat during the past month so any market support should be noted. Kelnik Glory has been racing in points over the past couple of seasons. He had proved frustrating in that sphere so might struggle here so for the winner we return to Montys Island.
