Miss Academy has been found a decent opportunity to follow up her Plumpton win and she can do so ahead of Cherub and Arrayou. Martin Pipe still has a few days to hang on before it is certain that he beats arch-rival Paul Nichols to the trainers title, and every little will help, so Miss Academy will be well fancied. Having finished fourth at the Cheltenham Festival, she then occupied the same position behind Faasel at Aintree, so it was no surprise when she duly landed the odds at Plumpton on Monday. The filly makes a quick reappearance and will be a short price to follow up. Cherub disappointed at Cheltenham last time after last season's efforts, even though his stable have been out of sorts, and he will struggle against the selection with his penalty. Arrayou was receiving a stone from Miss Academy when they met at Cheltenham and was a head behind, so off levels here is another that will have to perform above himself to come out on top. Siegfrieds Night ran a bit too freely behind Admiral at Market Rasen and is up against it, while the remainder have little or no chance on form, so it should be a steering job here for Richard Johnson on Miss Academy.
