In depth

Verdict

Mr Tambourine Man, an easy winner of a maiden hurdle at Killarney in May, hasn't shown much in two starts on the Flat for David Pipe but hurdling looks his game. Renardeau, four-times a winner on the Flat, was having only his second start over timber when scoring over the course and distance and should improve further while Hereford maiden winner AMBASSADOR ran very well in a Class 2 handicap at Market Rasen last month and can get back to winning ways. Our Colossus landed a Stratford maiden then found no extra when stepped up to 2m2f back there
