Aldrin returns to action 8lb higher than when scoring over hurdles at Market Rasen in November while Haafapiece has the more recent form at the latter track with last month’s fourth. Tempuran had slipped down the weights before finishing runner-up at Ludlow and is 3lb higher today while Shiroccan Roll was beaten a long way in novice company last time and returns to handicapping. TOO MANY DIAMONDS finished last of five at Aintree on his reappearance but wasn’t far behind the winner and gets the vote back on a faster surface and dropped 4lb in the weights.
