In depth

Verdict

Rocky Raccoon has a decent pedigree and was far from disgraced on his debut over C&D in June. He should find a similar race but may need more time and McCoy deserts him here in favour of Billy Cuckoo, who showed some signs of promise on his debut under Rules at Ffos Las despite looking far from keen under pressure. Wychwoods Mist won very easily at Southwell and, though that was a modest heat and Graeme McPherson's filly has a penalty here, she can't be ruled out but a chance is taken on newcomer MINI MUCK. She is arguably the best bred of these and should be forward enough to do herself justice. Twilight Affair may be best of the rest.
