Verdict

Plenty of these have a chance at the weights, though RAKAAN's best form gives him the edge. He'd been running well in handicaps before a below-par effort last time and won a claiming race over track and trip early last year. Back Burner is another dropped in class for this and is not easily overlooked, but both Matraash and Officer In Command have a more difficult task on today's terms than the aforementioned pair. Wildomar was winning off higher marks at this time last year and makes more appeal than Plunder, who is returning from a lay-off.
