      Verdict

      Arctic Desert, Treetops Hotel and Bethanys Boy all look players in this race and we are with Arctic Desert. Gay Kelleway's charge has been in good order of late and looks to have found a niche at plating levels. This is probably his toughest task at this level but in form horses at lowly levels are always worth siding with and we see no excuse to avoid him here. Treetops Hotel has run abysmally on two starts and it seems impossible that he could have lost the plot so quickly. Bethanys Boy has had a break so the market will tell us most about how fit he is today. He is useful at this grade although arguably better over slightly further. Pianoforte has a diabolical win to run ratio but he produced a fair enough effort last time out and won't be that far away at the death. Archirondel returns from a long layoff. Granary Girl tries hard in spite of obvious limitations. Arctic Desert is hardly bombproof at tonight's conditions but couldn't be in better form at present.
