      BALDOMERO gets another chance, despite a frustrating run of placed efforts, as Mick Appleby’s charge drops down in class after going close at Kempton having finished in front of Dubai Station at the same track earlier. An apprentice’s 5lb allowance further helps his cause but stablemate Starshiba is upped 3lb for a recent course and distance success. Rousing Encore finished in front of Gulliver when fifth in this grade at Lingfield and slips further down the weights.
