Layla's Boy recorded his first win at the 31st time of asking at Southwell a week ago. He's worth taking on under a penalty with HONEST DEAL. The latter can race off the same mark as when winning a lowly claimer over C&D a fortnight ago but has scope for further improvement over today's distance and gets the vote. White Deer is weighted to reverse latest running with Alan Swinbank's charge but never looked like catching him last time while Blue Cossack has won twice at this track but arrives out of sorts and is high enough in the weights anyway. The remainder are even harder to fancy.
