Seminole, Talking Hands and Scarth Hill are the three to concentrate on here and the confident vote is given to Seminole. John Gosden's colt was only narrowly beaten in a Newmarket maiden on his debut; form that reads well in the context of this race. The yard continue in good form and he sets the standard for the rest, the only slight worry would be stall 11 which is far from ideal. Congregation is the other Gosden runner but he does look the stable second-string today. Talking Hands showed improved form to chase home Predict here last time out. This slight step-up in trip should suit, and he has the plum draw so he will probably be the one to profit if the selection fails to fire. Scarth Hill got outpaced at Ripon on his debut but he did stay-on well and he is another that should benefit from this slightly longer trip. There are some interesting newcomers here so the market may provide some clues, but Seminole sets a decent standard and should be tough to beat.
