One More Round, Lethal, and Le Chiffre are the trio for the shortlist here and the vote is given to One More Round. The selection is nowhere near as useful as he used to be but he is capable of cleaning up in this grade, as evidenced last time out when he beat Miracle Baby at Lingfield. The draw could have been kinder but he does have a decent apprentice on board and granted some luck, he can weave his way through to score. Lethal is another that is not ideally drawn, but all his three career wins have come on the all-weather and he confirmed his well-being with a decent effort at Hamilton last time. Le Chiffre was well beaten last time but that was in a better race than this and he was returning from a break, so he should strip fitter today. Kingsmaite looks the best of those with a low draw and he is in decent form, but in a race where it is hard to be too confident about anything, One More Round is put forward as the tentative pick.
