A wide-open second division of this handicap sees a tricky end to the day for punters on the Wolverhampton card. Sharp Hat is a real speedster who after a two-month break looks set for a very busy period on the dirt. He acts well on this surface and although he should be better for the run he has to be considered as a big player in this company. Since joining Ian Semple Cark has been threatening to win a race, a feat he has not achieved for two years. He continues to prove to be a costly horse to follow although he is weighted to go well here and TEAMtalk give him one more chance. Gone'n'dunnett carries a penalty following a win over a furlong further at Southwell. He is open to further improvement but may find it difficult to follow up over this distance against some out and out speedsters. Torrent is best watched after a lengthy break but is weighted to go well on his best form.
