    Verdict

WAY OF LIFE has been running well on Turf since rattling-up a four-timer on the all-weather. A head defeat at Salisbury suggests he can score again off his current mark back on this surface. Fair Star placed over today’s trip at York before running below par over a longer distance at Newcastle while both Maketh Believeth and Yagan were also below their best over 2m last time. Vindolanda hasn’t raced over today’s trip since winning at Ascot last summer and has a shout on that form.
