In depth

Verdict

Tango Sky is finding life tough in handicaps and may do better at this level while Desert Icon has won in similar company but hasn't raced since 2011. This looks a good opportunity for DARK LANE as he scored over the minimum trip at Lingfield earlier this month and can make the most of today's favourable terms. Spic 'n Span is a course and distance winner but the vast majority of his all-weather wins were achieved at Southwell and the remainder are even harder to fancy.
