    Verdict

CALL AHEAD was doing all her best work in the closing stages of her debut over 7f at Newmarket. She'll appreciate today's longer trip on that showing and gets the vote. Cavalieri found only one too good on his introduction at Kempton but the winner has let the form down since while Aneedh also finished second on his latest outing over track and trip but that was back in October. The latter looks a threat for a yard in flying form and it's worth keeping an eye on newcomer Loved One who can count Tartan Gunna among her six winning relatives.
