STETSON was having only his second start since April when runner-up at Lingfield earlier this month. With improvement expected, he gets the tentative vote in an open contest. The veteran Kames Park is still capable of winning in this company and had Holden Eagle behind when second over C&D earlier this month while Reaction has shown recent good progress over hurdles and could figure back on the level. Port Charlotte may get involved dropping down a grade and Day of Destiny is another to consider having run well at Nottingham on his debut for his new yard.
