Verdict

Glendevon went close in this grade at Chelmsford recently and has obvious claims on that form, despite a 2lb rise. GRAFFITI MASTER (NAP) found both the drop back to a mile and the soft ground against him at Newmarket when returning from an absence but has placed in Listed company over 1m2f and won over the latter trip at Kempton last year. John Gosden’s charge will be sharper today and gets the vote. Mythical Madness is capable at this level but looks high enough in the weights while Goring has something to prove over the longer distance. The Throstles winning run came to end at Doncaster and he’s 10lb higher than when last successful while Keswick is also upped in class after going close at Lingfield.
