ARTFUL LADY gained her only success to date over this track and trip and is just 3lb higher despite a fine effort at Kempton last time when just failing to catch Whipphound. She can double her tally though Lord Buffhead scored over the minimum trip here in November and returned to form at Kempton last time so he should be kept on the right side. Chester Deelyte has had her last dozen starts here and could prove a big threat as she completed a double here just over a year ago and has looked on the way back to form in her last couple of starts. Whiskey Junction has won eight times in his career including four on Polytrack and is well enough treated these days to get competitive along with Blue Noodles, who has returned after a break in decent form and looks ready to strike soon.
