Verdict
KIDLAT stands a much better chance on today's terms than he did in a claimer here last Saturday. If his rider can get him into a prominent position early from a wide draw, he need only repeat last month's fourth in a handicap over C&D to take this. Mighty Clarets is another with solid claims at this level and C&D winner True To Form is also worthy of consideration in this company. Bengal Tiger has the past form to figure, but has been sidelined for over two years now, while Ravi River was still beaten a long way when runner-up here on his penultimate start.
