    Verdict

UNCLE BRYN gave the impression this extra distance would suit when winning easily over a mile at Kempton on his debut. John Gosden’s colt is taken to defy a penalty and is preferred to stablemate and newcomer Louis Armstrong, a half-brother to a Group 2 winner. Red Dawn is also related to winners while the likes of Jaramillo and Alnajeeb will need to improve on the back of moderate debut efforts.
