The betting suggested Fondly was expected to improve over track and trip last time and she duly landed a maiden race. Richard Hannon's filly should figure but another maiden winner in SIR KEATING makes more appeal. He had a subsequent winner back in third when making a successful start over course and distance and is also preferred to Red Touch. The latter scored over a longer trip here at the start of the year while Play Nicely is yet another maiden race winner having won easily at Southwell last time. Wink Oliver is still improving and is upped 4lb after landing a handicap on his latest start.
