Not a strong claimer and one in which Lucius Verrus might hold the call over Nanna and Tree Roofer. The selection comes into the reckoning based on his third to Mynd here in January. Even though that form equates to around a mark of 50 and he has run poorly since - albeit over a longer trip - he is lightly raced, should have better to come and still looks to hold decent claims in this contest. Nanna holds a chance based on her January form, but that came over six and seven furlongs, while Tree Roofer has claims on the best of his form but remains winless at the age of five. Much as The Butterfly Boy hails from a good yard, he has shown little in two starts, and East Riding showed little on his only run on this surface. Despite his break from the track of 76 days, Lucius Verrus will not get many easier opportunities and we give him the nod in this modest event.
