Verdict

Gavroche, Come What July, Red Lancer and Dispol Veleta look the ones to concentrate on in this competitive affair with the tentative vote going to Gavroche. The three-year-old was a good second behind Countrywide Flyer last time and with the step up in trip sure to suit he will be hard to beat. Come What July won a maiden in good style last time when defeating Looks The Business and with the booking of Jamie Spencer catching the eye he will not be far away. Red Lancer is another that could go well. He beat Yankeedoodledandy last time but that was over a longer trip and this shorter distance is not sure to suit. Dispol Veleta could also go well as she is on a fair mark and is one of the least exposed in the field so is worth noting in the market, but for the winner we return to Gavroche.
