Most of these have been frustrating horses to follow and Adalpour is only a tentative choice to come out on top against some of his old rivals. Claptrap, Ally Makbul and the lightly weighted Misty Man are shortlisted as dangers - although Failed To Hit goes very well here and always has to be feared as a multiple previous winner at this level. However, Adalpour has solid claims over what is probably his ideal trip and is given another chance to shine in this company. The selection's chance is made slightly easier by his rider's 5lb claim and a bold bid is anticipated on a course that holds no fears for him. Claptrap heads the list of alternatives if the betting market speaks against Adalpour.
