Ocean Reach has produced one decent run around here but looks unreliable. Peters Pudding has twice run well on this track and could go close if he handles this step up in trip and blinkers work a second time but FENJAL has more scope. Hugo Palmer’s charge has run only three times and been gelded since last seen. A 160,000gns yearling, he’s a half-brother to numerous winners and is bred to be much better than he’s shown so far – an opening mark of 60 could be very generous. Fitwood Star is probably improving and Arms Of The Angel was well backed at Newcastle earlier this month. Swansdown has run three times at Newmarket but has disappointed on each occasion.
