This is a dire contest and the nine-year-old Snow Bunting is only a token selection, Smart Cassie and Dodaa could be the main rivals. Snow Bunting drops into class seven company for the first time having put in some solid efforts in handicaps. He wasn't beaten far behind Bond Playboy last time out and that form should be good enough for a success in this grade. Smart Cassie put in a better performance last time out on fast ground at Folkestone but she has yet to prove she handles this surface. Meanwhile Dodaa does at least know how to win having landed a similar contest at Southwell back in December. King Of Charm can also boast winning brackets and may be best of the others, but Snow Bunting may be slightly better class than this and he gets our vote.
