Not a strong maiden and the exposed African Safari may be good enough to lose his maiden tag. Greg Chung's four-year-old has several decent efforts to his name and although he has yet to encounter this surface, he handled plenty of cut in the ground on turf, so this track isn't likely to be a problem. Tetragon isn't an easy ride, but he should run into a place, while Paul Cole sets a poser by saddling a couple of runners. Raoul Dufy comes from a family that has produced plenty of winners, including on the dirt in America, so he should be at home on this surface, but it is interesting that he is already a gelding and may not be entirely straightforward, while stablemate Senor Toran, who is out of the 1995 Cherry Hinton winner Applaud, can only go one way after not showing a great deal as a juvenile.
