Derricks Dotty, Botham and Just Oscar look to be the leading lights in this dreadful race to close the card and the vote is given to Just Oscar. Mark Brisbourne's 3-year-old was not beaten far over this course and distance last time behind Four Tel. He has a good draw today and with Seb Sanders taking the ride he looks the percentage call. Derricks Dotty has a bit to prove at present but he is lightly-raced and he has run quite well here in the past so he has to merit respect in a race as weak as this. Botham ran respectably here last time but a combination of a high draw and the drop in trip could find him out. Franky'n'jonny has a decent draw and he is a capable type on his day, a comment which doesn't apply to many of these. Just Oscar rates as a tentative choice in a race that is unlikely to get the pulse racing.
