        Verdict

        Almaty Express has gone off the boil since winning at Catterick in July and Compton Albion produced a poor effort last time having gone close over track and trip before that. Another chance goes to EXKALIBER, who was having his first outing since February when runner-up at Southwell last month and should be a lot sharper today. Christopher Chua has been placed over 6f here off a higher mark and could prove best of the remainder.
