In depth

Verdict

This looks like another tight handicap and Veba, El Capitan and Fulvio all hold claims with the vote given to the last mentioned. The selection goes well here and although he was a little disappointing last time, he is the type that is more than capable of popping up and he may have been found a suitable opportunity today. Veba was well beaten at Brighton last time but had run well here previously when only beaten a head by Jarvo and if he reproduces that effort then he should go close. El Capitan has a bit to prove at present but he does not lack for ability and he may be good enough to run into a place. Shannon Arms ran well last time when second behind Jools here, but this is much tougher and we will take a chance that Fulvio is on a going day and put him forward as our selection.
