Mick Is Back, Ochre and Time For Change form the shortlist for this handicap and we will nominate Mick Is Back to lead them home. The selection is a course and distance winner and he comes here in good form having gone close on each of his last two starts. He has a decent draw today and if he can reproduce the form he showed last time out then it should be good enough to see him get his head in front today. Ochre has held her form well this year and although she will need to improve to get her head in front, she remains relatively unexposed and her high draw may prove to be her biggest handicap. Time For Change ran well in defeat last time but that was over a mile and there is little doubt that he is better over this trip. Thunderbolt Jaxon hails from a top yard and there may be more to come from him. However, Mick Is Back has been a model of consistency and can get his reward today.
