The normally consistent Royal Trooper ran below par attempting 2m here last time but scored over track and trip before that. He beat Angus Glen, Harrison's Cave and DANCING PRIMO on that occasion but the latter re-opposes on much better terms today. Mark Brisbourne's mare has subsequently finished runner-up here and can end a long losing run. Cabuchon is closely matched with the selection on latest running but Giant Sequoia remains 6lb higher than his earlier win at Lingfield.
