There's a famine of form for this seller but the solid effort of FEELING FRAGILE on debut reads well in the context of this race and Pat Eddery's gelding is given our confidence in preference to the progressive Dontbugthebunny and Pearl Of Kent. It's the form lines coming out of the pick's debut run that gives him the edge here. He may have finished midway down the field during that Bath contest but the race has produced four winners. They include Avongate, who our fancy was a neck behind before Avongate then beat a horse now rated 91 so we suggest our pick won't need much improvement will be needed to win this time. Dontbugthebunny improved from first run to second but the way he stayed on over a mile last time suggests this step down in trip is not an obvious plus. Pearl Of Kent also progressed on his second start last time and this sharper test looks in his favour while Springwell Giant ran a very nice debut but we feel would have to step up again to beat Felling Fragile.
