        Verdict

        Mister X beat a subsequent winner when scoring over track and trip last month and can figure again but FLYING SPIRIT is preferred. The betting suggested the latter would improve at Lingfield on his handicap debut and he duly returned a cosy winner. Lady Wormsley ran well at Newcastle last time so won't mind the surface while Bode may well improve now handicapping for the first time.
