This seems to be a fairly straightforward handicap in which it should pay to concentrate on the top four on the racecard. A word first though on Tim Easterby's Up Tempo who showed his best form for some time when second in apprentice company at Doncaster and may begin to pay his way at last over the winter. On this occasion though he faces a tough task, especially against Sundried Tomato. Peter Hiatt's charge, whose previous wins had all been gained on sand, including over track and trip last January, has been in good form of late and ploughed through the testing ground to score at Doncaster last time. That was over five furlongs, and he will appreciate the step up in trip. Sundried Tomato gets the TEAMtalk vote but expect good runs from topweight Pedro Jack, and both Bella Chica and Winning Pleasure
