Ocean Countess may struggle to follow up her recent success at Yarmouth in a similarly weak contest as this under a penalty and a better bet looks to be ON CUE, who gets the vote ahead of Crystal Feather. Ed Vaughan's filly is less exposed than most of these after just four starts and she has to be considered in such a poor contest although she was well held in a similar event at Lingfield last time. Mick Easterby's Hawkeyethenoo ran better at Newcastle last time and has to be considered being dropped in class today, while Gwerthybyd could be of interest if ready for this after on her first start since December. The vote though goes to James Eustace's On Cue who looks to be going the right way, was narrowly beaten by Dark Ranger at Lingfield last week and she has every chance if she has recovered from that effort.
