    Verdict

Not a strong event, but even so My Valentine finds winning difficult and it is hard to see him losing his maiden tag in this. Another maiden Hasina has been running with credit on the Polytrack, but whether he will be as effective here remains to be seen. There are no doubts about Spanish Star, who has won three times here and with the useful Lisa Jones taking 7lbs off his back, he gets the vote to add to his tally. Peter Hiatt does well with the animals he has at his disposal and Prince Minata could prove to be the pick of his pair.
