KIRSTY'S LAD could be the value call in this handicap and he is nominated over King's Jester and Always The Sun. The selection finished sixth here last time out but he wasn't actually beaten all that far and he looks capable of striking off his current mark. King's Jester has yet to be even placed on the all-weather but he ran his best race yet over this course and distance last month and there may be more to come from him. Always The Sun is far from consistent and her record on the all-weather leaves a lot to be desired, but she is a capable performer on her day and she could go well if she is in the mood. Libre was disappointing last time and he hasn't won for a while on the all-weather so he is hard to recommend with confidence in his current form. Similar comments would apply to Red Current, and we will return to Kirsty's Lad as our choice to lead them home. consistent and his record on the all-weather leaves a lot to be desired, but he is a capable performer on his day and he could go well if he is in the mood.
