Verdict
The shortlisted three are Gifted Lass, Rowe Park and Pride Of Joy with the selection being Rowe Park. The penny has dropped big style for Rowe Park since November and he has now won three on the bounce. He looks to be improving and can go well from another revised mark. Almaty Express is closely weighted with him based on the most-recent of those successes. The handicapper continues to give Fast Heart a chance and a good run after a further drop cannot be ruled out, while Pride Of Joy came good in a course and distance maiden last time and her mark seems fair so give her some thought. Gifted Lass is progressing nicely and has now won three of her last four. Much as the last two have come at Southwell, she has won here and rates as a major player today. Once again, though, the selection is Rowe Park.
